Every home needs pictures of friends & families, so the homeowner/occupant can be constantly reminded that they are always surrounded by loved ones. One thing I always tell my clients is get your picture frames up and off your surfaces and on to the walls. Any free wall space you have, you should hang your personal photos & sentiments. There is no right or wrong way to do this, just simply identify the center point of the wall and place your first picture or object. From there hang additional photos around it. Your sentiment collage can be above a couch, table, bed and even the wall opposite your stairs. You can use a mixture of square and rectangle shaped frames, gold, silver, black or color frames and you can even play with all different sizes. Just remember there are no rules. In time, you will have your very own custom and personalized photo wall as well as plenty more counter-space, which is always a good thing.
